The Flo-Mar Emergency Line is for maintenance emergencies only. For all other emergencies, call 911. If you suspect a gas leak, call DTE (800) 947-5000 immediately and then the FM Emergency Line.
The Flo-Mar line is to be used for true emergencies only. Emergencies include significant water leaks, heat below 55 F, external lighting issues, or anything that could soon lead to damage of person or property. Internet issues are never an emergency. Calls made about non-emergency issues will result in a charge. Lock-outs will be charged a $50 fee. Contact DTE about power outages or a downed power line (800) 477-4747.

Online payments - pay your balance with free with eCheck or for a fee with debit/credit card
Maintenance Requests - We try to address all maintenance requests within 24 hours. Please indicate the earliest time that we can enter and whether we have permission to enter in your absence.
Flo-Mar Commitment to Safety
Tenant safety is one of Flo-Mar's highest priorities. We make sure our properties are always well lit and that shrubbery is properly maintained. Please read our Safety Recommendations. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call the office.
Pet Policy & Dog Park
Pets are welcome at Flo-Mar! A signed pet addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We allow up to 2 pets per residence. There is a $300 non-refundable fee per pet and $25 per month pet rent. The pet addendum can be found HERE. In autumn 2021 we installed a fenced-in dog park on the Terraces property for our resident pets' use and we have a 1/4 mile paved walking trail around the pond.
Raised Garden Spaces
We have introduced garden boxes that are located next to the office. We know that many of you love to garden and would enjoy having space to put your veggies, herbs or flowers. We are offering space for $25 for the season that covers water for your plants and the soil. These are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will be assigned a space in one of the boxes and we will provide the hose and water source. Please contact leasing@flo-mar.com to reserve a space.
Health & Fitness Center at WCC
Residents at Flo-Mar Terraces benefit from a free enrollment fee and Flo-Mar pays 59% of your monthly dues at the area’s premier fitness club, which is located less than 2 minutes away. This giant 75,000 square foot facility offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment, personal training and a wide range of classes, which are included in your membership. Simply contact us at office@flo-mar.com to be added to the Flo-Mar list before joining, to take advantage of your subsidized rate. In addition, we have a paved 1/4 mile walking trail around the pond at The Terraces.
High Speed Internet Ready
All buildings are wired for AT&T Fiber and Xfinity cable high speed internet at The Terraces.
Pavilion & Gazebo
In 2021 a pavilion and gazebo were built for Terraces residents use. Please contact the office at 734-483-2240 or office@flo-mar.com to reserve them for private events.
